I'd've thought the writing was on the wall?? Flash the BIOS (I prefer chb0811 from OCW, but HoneyX is good, too). Get SuSE 9.2 from eg uselinux.co.uk for a couple of Guelders and forget you ever heard of Mr Gates.AG/AT.
